Don subsequently teamed up with Dusty Gilbreth, a former catcher at Barrington High School and North Central College, and a certified personal trainer. Their plan is to work with youth to maximize their potential by helping them to set personal goals and to meet those goals through participation in camps and lessons. Eagle Metals & Steel Services was formed in 2009 by business entrepreneur Mark Kawczynski and experienced machinist and steel salesman Henry Enders. Henry (who lost his position in outside sales when his employer went out of business) and Mark (the owner of Melrose Mold and one of Henry’s former customers) recognized a demand by customers who were desperate for material to build their molds and dies. They decided to combine their talents in a new business which they incorporated under the name of Eagle Metals & Steel Services, Inc.
